Proud aunt Jessica Simpson is gushing with joy about her newborn nephew, Bronx Mowgli Wentz -- and she's dishing on how little sis' Ashlee and hubby Pete Wentz are doing since becoming first-time parents!

"Bronx is beyond precious. I'm over the moon with joy," Jessica tells People magazine. "Life is a beautiful miracle. Ashlee and Pete are healthy, happy, and enjoying every moment."

Ashlee and Pete welcomed their first bundle of joy Thursday night.

ET exclusively confirms Travis Barker, who along with DJ AM survived a deadly plane crash, has filed a complaint for damages for personal injury and wrongful death against four companies. Read on to learn more about the painful injuries Barker alleges he lives with since the crash!

In the papers, Barker's lawyer alleges the former Blink-182 drummer "was hurt and injured in his health, strength and activity, sustaining injuries to his body and shock and injury to his nervous system" in the plane crash, causing Barker "great physical, mental and nervous pain and suffering." The papers also allege Barker has been told his injuries will "result in permanent disability."

Barker filed the lawsuit with Thelma Martin Still, the mother of Barker's associate Charles Still, who died in the Learjet crash along with three other passengers. In the papers, Thelma Still files for damages for "pain and suffering, mental anguish" and "loss of earnings," among other grievances.

"She's one of the seven strangers that [Will] meets and tries to affect positively," Rosario tells ET. "Through that interaction, she has an opportunity to change him positively and it grows very beautifully.

"A number of great schools were considered," Michelle's rep tells us. "In the end, the Obamas selected the school that was the best fit for what their daughters need right now."

ET has obtained Paul Newman's Last Will and Testament, and we're revealing the final wishes of the late Hollywood legend, who passed away in September from cancer.

Inside the pages of his will, signed on April 11 of this year and provided by RadarOnline.com, Newman asks that his airplane and race cars be sold at a public auction or private sale, with net proceeds going to his estate. He also bequeaths his Westport, CT, home and other properties, such as musical instruments and works of art to his wife Joanne Woodward Newman.

The star and philanthropist left his Oscar statuettes and other theatrical awards, in addition to name, signature and image rights to his Newman's Own Foundation, which produces his salad dressing and food line and donates profits to various charities (and so far has raised more than $250 million).

There's a new flap involving Sarah Palin: In honor of Thanksgiving, she pardoned one turkey while other birds met their demise right behind her. Now the former VP hopeful's rep is speaking out to ET about the turkey pardon-gone-wrong!

"The [Alaska] governor did not know it was going on behind her," Palin's spokesperson tells ET of the reportedly grisly scene at Triple D Farm & Hatchery outside Wasilla. Cameras captured Palin extending the annual Thanksgiving pardon to one turkey while a farm hand slaughtered the bird's feathered friends in the background.

Palin's spokesperson tells ET the bird butchering wasn't going on when the shot was set up, and a cameraman "ignored" the governor's staff's request to remove the graphic sight once cameras were rolling.

Web slinger Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, are expecting their second child, reports Usmagazine.com.

"Tobey and Jen are thrilled," a source close to the 33-year-old 'Spider-Man' star and his 31-year-old jewelry designer mate tells the site. "They can't wait to expand their family with another little one."

Grown-up sitcom star Jodie Sweetin, famous for playing Stephanie Tanner on "Full House," is separating from her husband.

Sweetin, 26, filed papers for legal separation from hubby Cody Herpin, 31, on Thursday, says People magazine.

The couple married last summer and have a baby daughter together. Sweetin once credited Herpin as helping her get her life back on track after years of methamphetamine addiction, says the mag, adding that the two were planning a reality show together.

"I think [moviegoers are] going to feel a lot of emotion between the lead characters," Hardwicke promises about the connection between Pattinson, who plays tortured vamp Edward Cullen, and Stewart, who portrays ordinary mortal girl Bella Swan.

"I love the novel too," Hardwicke tells ET on why she wanted to direct 'Twilight.' "I let myself just get involved in it and feel this obsessive love so that's what made me want to do the movie. I wanted to create that world onscreen."

Paris Hilton held nothing back "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" today, saying she's still in love with ex-boyfriend Benji Madden! Paris also explained why the couple broke up.

"Right now we’re just taking a break. We’re really good friends, we’re really close," she says. "I love him, he’s such an amazing man. He’s my best friend. He’s been so great to me ... I’m still in love with him."

Paris says the split was mutual. "I think right now we’re just better off as friends. We’re both working so much, I’ve been traveling, he’s been working non-stop in the studio with his brother on a new record."

ET has learned that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz have welcomed their first bundle of joy Thursday night.

The singer gave birth to a baby boy named Bronx Mowgli Wentz. Baby boy Bronx weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz, and measured 20 1/2 inches long.

"Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes," a spokesperson for the couple tells ET.

ET was there as Reese Witherspoon premiered her festive holiday flick 'Four Christmases' at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in L.A. Thursday night. Watch her co-stars share what it was like to work with the actress, and hear Reese talk about some minor problems she had while filming scenes with Vince Vaughn!

"I was always on a ramp or a box or something," Reese tells us about shooting scenes with Vince. "It was difficult during the kissing scenes trying to reach up that high."
