When you’re looking to get into PVP as a Mage, you basically have 3 options, Fire, Frost or Arcane. Now, you’ll have people who will support all Mage types for PVP, and sure, they are all viable…however, if you are dead serious about PVP you had best go down the Frost path.
Now If you’re going to excel at this game in PVP, you need to not only have a killer talent spec laid out for you, but you also need to know all the various tricks and tips to get by as a mage. You need to know how to face a Druid, Hunter, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Warrior, Paladin, Rogue, Death Knight or even another Mage…and if that weren’t enough, you need to know how to face these classes when they’re spec’d in various ways.
It can be quite complicated, this PVP, but that’s where sites like this come in. I’m going to gather up and write down the best Mage PVP talent builds as well as tips and tactics which if mastered will ensure your success.
