I don't know why people say stuff like this is a "scam." Will it automatically fill your pockets with money? Maybe not, but I bought it based on some reviews I read, and it will work. You just have to put some effort into it.
The marketing may have been somewhat exaggeratory, as most marketing is. However, this is a solid concept and should work for most websites.

I have actually purchased this product.Basically, you are selling advertising space on your website. Your website MUST be well established and recieve a substantial amount of constant traffic for you to have any chance of this working. The actual code comes from the advertisers themslves. Don't be fooled into thinking you can put this code into blogs etc because you can't. Look at it from the advertisers point of view, would you pay big money to advertise on a website that gets virtually no traffic? At the end of the day, the ad is slighlty misleading but it can work but only if you have the right website and traffic.
