They were happy to start putting out video from the plastic VCR tapes miraculously found in bombed out buildings in Afghanistan. Dear Mr. Robert Mueller:   This pretty much says it all right here which means I can't be tortured either:   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/01/15/holder-waterboarding-is-t_n_158149.html   I was just reading some of your press releases and I started thinking to myself... man, I never snorted cocaine like President Obama!  Even though I love President Obama, the fact still remains that the FBI never confronted President Obama about his illegal cocaine use.  Cocaine is illegal and is confiscated by the FBI, right?  What about Timothy Geithner?  Does Timothy Geithner get special treatment for when he worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and he did not pay his taxes?  Why do then Senator Barack Obama and Timothy Geithner get special treatment when the FBI made sure that Bill Clinton was impeached for lying about the Monica Lewinsky affair?   The FBI should also take note that I have never ever ever sold drugs like multi-millionaire rapper Jay-Z.  Does Jay-Z get special treatment from the FBI because he is "cool" and is a multi-million dollar rapper?  Are rappers above the law?  The FBI should take note that I have never ever ever carried a weapon or a gun like Sean "Diddy" Combs, Lil Wayne, or TI?  Why does Sean "Diddy" Combs get special treatment while his cohort Jamal "Shyne" Barrow gets locked up?  The FBI should note that I have never stabbed anybody the way that Jay-Z stabbed Lance "Un" Rivera.  Do Jay-Z and "Puff Daddy" get special treatment from the FBI because they are wealthy rappers?  Are wealthy rappers "above the law" as far as the FBI is concerned?  You do know that Fox pundit Bill O'Reilly does not like Jay-Z either or Ludacris?   The FBI should also note that Eric Holder is trying to prosecute CIA operatives for torturing people like me with things like "waterboarding" and "mind control" torture tactics.  Does the FBI think "waterboarding" is a crime and does the FBI think CIA operatives get special treatment and they are allowed to torture alleged terrorism suspects?  Does the FBI support or oppose Eric Holder's efforts to prosecute CIA operatives for "waterboarding?"  The FBI should also note that a black woman in Texas by the name of Margie Schoedinger filed a sexual assault lawsuit against former President George W. Bush?  Margie Schoedinger later ended up dead, and some people think she was murdered perhaps by the order of George W. Before the next time Torii Hunter opens his mouth, he should think over what he wants to say or get a dictionary.

If Hunter gets a big booing on Opening Day in Los Angeles, he better know for the future. He deserves it.

Hunter referred to Latinos as "impostors" while discussing the number of present African-Americans in the Major Leagues.

Hunter's original comments were made two weeks ago in one of a series of USA Today roundtables about baseball and published in Wednesday's editions.

According to a story published in USA Today's Thursday edition, he meant no harm or disrespect to Latin American players. However, he made very clear he is not apologizing even though he admits using the wrong choice of words.

I really would like to know if, during a similar interview, a Latino player in a similar context would have said the word "Negro" before calling such people "impostors" in the majors.

I bet the whole media would have exploded on it.

If it would have been a Dominican Republic or Venezuelan player, no matter his skin color, people would have asked immediately for his deportation. No matter if it was an All-Star like Hanley Ramirez or Miguel Cabrera.

If it would have been Cuban, the outcry would have made its way back to Fidel Castro. No matter if it would have been Alexei Ramirez or newcomer Aroldis Chapman.

Puerto Rican players cannot be deported as the island is a United States territory, but they would have felt the wrath all season long. Ask Carlos Delgado how much he was booed when he refused to stand all the 2004 season for "God Bless America."

There would have been no pardon no matter what they would have said later, like they were misquoted because of their poor English.

Hunter should look around in his own Angels locker room and start apologizing to his teammates such as Kendry Morales, Bobby Abreu, Joel Piñeiro, Erick Aybar, Fernando Rodney, and Juan Rivera.

Maybe it's understandable that Hunter has some bitterness and resentment of the present situation of the lack of African-Americans in Major League Baseball, but he has to admit and apologize he was wrong.

By the way, we are in the 2010s, and, for the good sake of baseball, stop the differentiation of whites, African-American, and Latinos.

Major League Baseball must leave alone the diversity issue and understand more than ever it is an international game and there should not be any differentiation of colors.

If you know the Latino Angels players mentioned above, there are some from the lightest (Piñeiro) to the darkest (Rodney) skins. Latinos are brothers no matter their color.

Hunter is saying he did not want to imply he was a racist. Sorry, but if he feels that way, he needs to apologize and move on.

Thank goodness he did not take it also with the Japanese players. New teammate Hideki Matsui would have not been very happy either.

Lindsay Lohan has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit over an AD which allegedly used her name and parodied her life for profit.

Lindsay Lohan is seeking $100 million in damages and compensation over the commercial for financial firm E-Trade, which depicts a baby girl called Lindsay as a boyfriend stealer and a "milkaholic", reports the New York Post.

The commercial shows a baby boy playing the stock market and apologizing to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before.

The baby girl then gets suspicious about a rival female baby, referring to her as "that milkaholic Lindsay".

Lohan filed a lawsuit on Monday Mar 08, ‘10 at Nassau County Supreme Court over the AD, which debuted during the Super Bowl last month Feb ‘10.

Lohan' lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, claims Lohan's first name is just as recognizable as other single-word monikers, used by stars such as Madonna and Cher.

Ovadia says, "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan?This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan".

The lawyer alleges company bosses used Lohan's "name and characterization" without paying her or asking for her approval, thus violating her rights.

Ovadia also insists the company has earned large profits from the promo because it would have been seen by millions of TV viewers watching the Super Bowl.

But chiefs at the advertising firm which created the commercial for E-Trade are dismissing the claims, insisting they chose the name Lindsay at random.

Chris Brown, a spokesperson for the Gray Group, says they "just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team".
